GHG quota

General information on the procedure and the mode of operation GHG quota

When carrying out the greenhouse gas reduction quota (GHG quota) procedure, a form is first used to collect the personal data required for the conclusion and execution of the contract from the customers of PQ Wirt GmbH. The uploaded scan or copy of the registration certificate Part I is checked in real time using text recognition software and AI software to determine eligibility for participation in the greenhouse gas reduction quota (GHG quota) process. Then, required personal data is transmitted to the Federal Environmental Agency to register the greenhouse gas reduction quota (GHG quota). Processing of personal data

In the course of the implementation of the greenhouse gas reduction quota (GHG quota) procedure, the following personal data are processed:

The personal data is processed in order to fulfill the contract concluded between PQ Wirt GmbH and customers regarding the greenhouse gas reduction quota procedure, to verify eligibility for participation in GHG quota trading, and to carry out GHG quota registration with the Federal Environment Agency.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO, as the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

The processing of log files also serves the prevention and prevention of fraud, error identification and the prevention of spam attacks. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The stated interests of PQ Wirt GmbH are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the provision.

Lochhamer Schlag 11A, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany (hereinafter "carbonify") as a processor. An order processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 (3) DSGVO was concluded with carbonify. In this agreement, carbonify undertakes to process the personal data in question exclusively on instruction and to comply with the requirements of Union data protection law.

For the registration of the GHG quota, carbonify transmits the required information and personal data to the Federal Environment Agency. The Federal Environment Agency then carries out a conformity check and the registration of the GHG quota. carbonify processes the personal data, also using its own order processors.

 

Provision of personal data and automated decision-making including profiling

The provision of your personal data for the implementation of the greenhouse gas reduction quota (GHG quota) procedure is necessary for the conclusion of the contract in order to be able to carry out the prerequisites and the GHG quota registration. Without provision, the conclusion and execution of the contract is not possible.

There is no automated decision making including profiling.

Contact form

Data transmitted via contact form will be stored, including your contact data, in order to process your inquiry or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time.
