Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Elektrohub GmbH, Große Elbstraße 277a, 22767 Hamburg, Germany) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). Alternatively, you can also send the return shipment in your customer account request a return.

Timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to comply with the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the returned goods arrive in a very poor condition because you have not packed them properly or because you have used the items beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality, compensation may be claimed in individual cases.

FAQ - Revocation

For which shipping service provider do I receive the returns label?

Depending on the product, the capacity utilization or the shipping location, you will either receive a return label from DHL, GLS or DPD, which is valid for 14 days.

Is the return free of charge for me?

There are no costs for returns.

How long can I register a return?

Within 30 days of receiving the goods. After that, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

When will I get my money back?

The refund will be made within 7 working days after receipt of the return shipment in our warehouse. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the order. If there are any questions about the condition of the goods or missing parts, a member of staff will contact you within these 7 working days to clarify the matter.
