The first Tesla Model 3 and Model Y from Shanghai for Q2 2022 arrive at the service centers in Germany. Yesterday we were able to welcome a colorful mix of Tesla Model 3 Standard, Long range and performance in Hamburg. Model Y Long range are also waiting for their new owners. Unfortunately, the vehicles delivered there are currently just a drop in the ocean. Many customers are still waiting for their deliveries.
But are there any changes to the vehicles? It was noticed that almost all Model 3 and Model Y are missing the sun visors. These are currently installed by the service center before delivery.
Contrary to initial speculation, all vehicles had the current "Matrix headlights", recognizable by the lens in the headlight. All Tesla Model Y are now delivered with the parcel shelf known from the Model Y Performance. However, the "new" seats with the double seam are not installed in the current vehicles from Shanghai. We didn't notice any other changes at at first glance.
