As early as 2023, Tesla had introduced a CyberCanopy concept that equipped Supercharger locations with solar panels and a Cybertruck theme – unfortunately, this concept remained on paper until now. Now, Tesla is launching the CyberCanopy 2 in Roswell, New Mexico, at a location strategically placed near the local Whataburger.

The Supercharger station features a unique, UFO-inspired roof equipped with RGB lights at the edges. These illuminate the station at night and make it easier to find the charging columns in large parking lots. -
Environmentally Friendly Energy:
Solar panels with a total output of 20.88 kW are installed on the canopy's roof to help optimize energy consumption and support local power needs. Although there is no storage in the form of a Megapack, the energy generated is used directly to relieve the grid or fed back into it.
