within the EU: We rely on a dynamic system with various shipping service providers to always offer you the best service. Depending on the country and situation, we select the best shipping partner to ensure that your order arrives quickly and reliably. This allows us to react flexibly to bottlenecks - especially during peak seasons such as Christmas.

Outside the EU: Local transport companies possible: Please note that for some products outside the EU, the shipment may be passed on to local transport companies. Details can be found in the shipment tracking.

Shipping by: Delivery will be made either by Elektrohub GmbH or Fulfillment Plus UG (haftungsbeschränkt) , depending on the type of product and stock. You can also find information about the sending unit in the shipment tracking.

Shipping modalities:

Joint shipping with different delivery times, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.

Cancellations / changes after order completion:
To ensure fast shipping, orders are automatically forwarded to the shipping warehouse. Subsequent cancelations or changes are therefore not possible.

Shipping to Packstation, P.O. Box or parcel store:
As we ship with different shipping service providers depending on the product and destination, we are unfortunately unable to offer shipping to packing stations, PO boxes or parcel stores. Please do not enter these as the delivery address.

Multiple parcels and additional costs:

Larger orders may result in multiple parcels, especially for deliveries outside the EU, which can lead to double customs clearance and additional costs.

Shipping costs for large items:

For particularly large items, higher shipping costs may apply in individual cases, especially when shipping abroad. These are displayed during the ordering process.

Right of return:

Germany, Italy, China.. Where does what come from?

Like most online shops, we also started importing accessories for the Tesla models from China. Since there are a few large producers in China who manufacture most of the products, you will find very similar products in various online shops for Tesla accessories, sometimes only under slightly different names. The quantities and the variety that is produced here is large and the creativity in the development of the products is also surprising. However, the quality is sometimes not good and varies greatly between batches.

It was always clear to us that we would support local producers, develop our own products and bring production to Germany or the EU in terms of sustainability. That's why today we probably have the largest range of products that don't have to be shipped halfway around the world on huge container ships. With our brand 2befair, we have actively started this switch to local products ourselves and offer you very high-quality rubber mats with recycled materials from Germany.

Why buy products from China at Shop4Tesla?

You will still find products from China at Shop4Tesla. Since transparency is important to us, we have marked it for you to give you a better overview. Since Shop4Tesla was founded, we have built up a trusting network of suppliers and can thus guarantee the good quality of the products that we offer in our shop. We test the products regularly and check the products with each new delivery to ensure that they still meet our quality requirements. And if you do receive a product that is not convincing in terms of quality, it is possible in Shop4Tesla to send the product back to us without any problems in accordance with German legislation. We assume the costs for the return and take the goods back up to 30 days after delivery. We have the goods we offer in stock and can of course send them to you immediately. You no longer have to pay customs duties or anything like that. If one of our products is not in stock, you will be informed by a corresponding message. So you can shop with us absolutely risk-free and if you have any questions, you can always call or send us a message.

By ordering from us, you also support our mission to offer more sustainable accessories for your Tesla. We are constantly working on new products that we can use to support local productions. Although it will be difficult to replace some products, we do not rule out being able to do without imports from China completely with your support in the future. However, this is a question of resources and cannot be implemented overnight.

Can I change or cancel an order I have already placed?
As orders are automatically forwarded to our shipping warehouse to ensure fast shipping, it is not possible to make changes or cancel orders once processing has begun. If you notice an error immediately after submitting your order, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution together.

When will my order be delivered?
You can find the delivery time both on the product page and in your order confirmation. This is 1 to 3 working days within Germany, 3-7 working days in other EU countries and 1-3 weeks within Europe (non-EU).

If, contrary to expectations, delivery is delayed, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will then immediately check the reasons for the delay and take appropriate action.

When will my order be dispatched if I pay by prepayment/bank transfer?

If you have selected the "bank transfer" payment method, your order will only be dispatched once payment has been received. Incoming payments are checked manually on a daily basis. If you are unsure about the payment status, please feel free to contact us. Please note that a longer processing time is also possible with instant bank transfer.

As a company from another EU country, can I order tax-free as an intra-Community delivery with my VAT ID?

Yes, this is possible, but not automatically integrated in our store. Please send us all the details of your company, including your VAT ID and all the products you would like to order, in advance by email. We will then send you a corresponding offer.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation, P.O. Box or parcel store?

Due to our dynamic shipping process, in which we act flexibly depending on the product, address and capacity utilization of the shipping service providers, it is unfortunately not possible to deliver your order to a Packstation, P.O. Box or parcel store. We rely on this procedure to ensure a smooth process and fast shipping. For a smooth delivery, we recommend that you enter a physical address in the delivery address. Please check carefully whether the address has been entered correctly, as subsequent changes are often not possible due to the fast picking process.

Why is my order being sent in several packages?

In rare cases, you may receive two or more parcels from us. In this case, you will also receive several shipping confirmations with the respective tracking numbers.

Reasons for this may be a large number of items that do not all fit in one box, items that are bulky (e.g. dog grids, dashboard bars, etc.) or shipping from different locations.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email within 15 minutes of receiving your order. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder first. If you have misplaced it, send us an e-mail with your name, address and order number (starting with S4T) from the e-mail address you used to place your order.

Description

You want to improve the look of your Tesla Model 3 without buying expensive new rims, then the performance hub caps in turbine design are the ideal solution. The 18-inch alloy wheels are fitted with aero hub caps as standard, which can be easily removed and replaced. No additional tools are required for fitting. This set consists of 4 hub caps for the Tesla Model 3. Alternatively, you can also reorder a hub cap if you should ever scratch one. Both the original Tesla Aero hubcaps as well as our Performance hubcaps in turbine design are fitted with clips that grip around the spokes of the alloy rims and ensure a secure hold.

Our hub caps are very similar to the original ones Tesla Performance Turbine alloy wheels and make your Tesla Model 3 much sportier look. The hub caps are supplied with neutral cover caps as a suggested wheel hub cover. These can be simply glued to the corresponding area as required. For additional protection of the rim, the set includes a thin foam tape, which is attached to the inner/outer edge of the hub cap with the self-adhesive backing.

In contrast to the original Tesla hubcaps, our hubcaps go over the edge of the rim so that the rims are not directly damaged in the event of a slight kerb impact.

These hub caps have no special running direction and can be fitted like the original ones. Tesla Aero hub caps can be fitted individually.

Note: Both the original Tesla hubcaps as well as our hubcaps can be damaged by clips that grip around the rim spokes or by dirt and friction between the rim and hubcap, minor but permanent marks on the rims underneath. We accept no liability for this!

Note: The hub caps are supplied with neutral cover caps as an indicated wheel hub cover. Cover caps (4 pieces) are optionally available as a set with Tesla logo in white available!
