Organizer: The competition is organized and carried out by Shop4Tesla / Elektrohub GmbH (hereinafter "Organizer").

Eligibility to participate: Natural persons who have reached the minimum age of 18 years are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation: In order to participate in the prize draw, participants must be subscribed to the Shop4Tesla newsletter at the time of the prize draw (on the first day of the week of each month).

Participation period: Participation in the prize draw is possible every month until the closing date (until the draw). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered until the following month.

Prizes: The prizes to be awarded as part of the competition will be described in detail in the newsletter or subsequently in the conditions of participation. The current prizes are as follows: Every newsletter subscriber has the chance to win a €100 voucher for our online store Shop4Tesla every month. There is no entitlement to a substitute prize or a cash payment.

Determining the winners: The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email and must respond to the prize notification within 7 days to claim their prize.

Data protection: The personal data of participants collected as part of the competition will be treated in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and used exclusively for the purposes of the competition. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the prize processing.

Disclaimer: The organizer accepts no liability for damages or losses arising from participation in the competition or from the receipt or use of the prizes. Legal recourse is excluded.

Changes and termination: The organizer reserves the right to change, adapt or prematurely terminate the competition or the conditions of participation at any time without prior notice if this is necessary for legal or organizational reasons.

Miscellaneous: Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation in full.
