Tesla lowers the prices on the Tesla Supercharger again, sometimes massively!

It's been less than 10 days since we last adjusted the charging prices on the Tesla Supercharger, and there's already another price adjustment. But now with definitely good news, because the prices have been reduced further, in some cases massively. Even with the current price update, the prices at the respective locations continue to vary. A look at the prices along a planned route is definitely worthwhile.

In the off-peak hours between 8 p.m. and 4 p.m. you can also charge at a slightly reduced rate. Depending on the location, the prices vary between 0.47 and 0.53 euros/kWh. This is a price level that we last saw for ENBW charging stations with a subscription. Other providers are sometimes more expensive than Tesla Superchargers. Only between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. can you charge at a slightly higher price, between 0.52 and 0.59 euros/kWh, depending on the location. The energy requirement is probably the highest in Germany at this time, so you can try to charge the electric car at other times. A few weeks ago, the prices on the Tesla Supercharger were still around 0.74 euros/kWh.

Prices were also significantly reduced overnight in other countries in Europe. In the Netherlands and France, for example, prices also fell significantly further to 0.30 to 0.39 euros/kWh.

We find Tesla with its current new prices to be within the range of the Tesla Supercharger which is totally acceptable. Depending on the price of electricity at the home wall box, for some Tesla drivers, charging with the Supercharger could even be cheaper than at home.
