Tesla's planned expansion of the service and delivery center is making great strides. Just a few days ago, Tesla officially opened its first branch in Rhineland-Palatinate. The Tesla Center in the Mühlheim-Kärlich business park just outside of Koblenz bundles sales and maintenance on over 1700 square meters and enables waiting Tesla customers to have their vehicles delivered. The complete area offers an area of about 8000 square meters.
"Tesla is thus specifically strengthening its presence in western Germany and, in addition to Rhineland-Palatinate, is also opening up the strategically important area between Frankfurt and Cologne," says Tesla. The newly opened Tesla Service Center is located at Hahnenberg 1. Previously, there was a branch of a dealer of EU vehicles from Bavaria. As part of its Germany-wide infrastructure expansion, Tesla is pursuing the goal of "increased customer proximity and local presence", especially in the areas of vehicle maintenance and vehicle deliveries. Customers from the Koblenz area had previously obtained these primarily from the large Tesla delivery locations in Frankfurt and the Cologne-Düsseldorf region.
This is the eighth new opening of a Tesla service center in Germany in 2022. We already reported in July that Tesla intends to further expand and improve the service over the next few months.
