The rising number of test models could indicate that the official launch of the revamped Model 3 is imminent. According to unconfirmed information, Giga Shanghai, which produces for the European market, has already started manufacturing the new vehicles. If one currently orders in Europe, the Model 3 will not be delivered before October-November, according to the configurator. In China, deliveries could start as early as September. No information is yet available on deliveries in North America. However, the production line at the Fremont plant has been stopped for upgrades. It is expected that deliveries of the revamped Model 3 in the USA will start around the same time as in China.
