In 2024, we worked hard to improve our service experience for you. One highlight was the change of our logistics service provider. With our new logistics provider near Hamburg, we were able to significantly shorten shipping times, speed up returns processing and offer you an optimized selection of shipping service providers to ensure even more reliable delivery.
