The 4th quarter has barely begun when the first ships with Teslas are probably already on their way to Europe. After the last few months and the many postponements, we are of course very happy that shipments for Europe are now starting so early. The Hoegh Traveler is said to have started in September with the destination Zeebrugge. She is already expected there on 12.10.22. This ship was probably scheduled for the 3rd quarter, but didn't make it to Europe in September.
On October 2nd, 2022, the Glovis Supreme left Shanghai. The next destination will be Singapore on 10/07/22. This is a well-known stop to refuel the ship for the onward journey to Europe. Exactly where in Europe Tesla will be unloaded cannot yet be said with certainty.
Another two ships are under observation, but cannot yet be clearly identified as Tesla ships. The Grande Houston already left on September 21, 2022 with destination Barcelona on October 14, 2022. The Grande Houston is currently in the Arabian Sea and is scheduled to be in the Suez Canal on 10/09/22. The Hoegh Copenhagen, which is said to have cast off yesterday on 03.10.22, is also under observation. She has also saved Singapore as her next destination, which is to be reached on 08.10.22.
The latest YouTube video from WuWa already shows that many parking spaces in the port area have already been fully parked with a number of Tesla Model 3 and Model Y models. This is always a good sign that production for export is already in full swing and we can look forward to some new Teslas in the coming weeks.
