Tesla has announced that the new color "Lunar Silver" will be available for the Tesla Model S and Model X is now available for European customers. The color will not replace colors such as Stealth Grey, as known from the past, but will be available as an additional color and thus expand the color palette of the models mentioned.
With the introduction of "Lunar Silver", the Tesla its color palette in the silver range. The Model Y has already gone into production in Germany with "Quicksilver". Only the Model 3 is not currently available in silver, but is due to go into production in China shortly. However, the surcharge for the silver paint finish is a considerable 2,600 euros.
